Friends, I’m afraid that Nueva Onda has closed its doors. Nora has gotten an offer on the building and she’s now enjoying a well-deserved vacation. However, dear friends of film and salsa, hope is not lost because she is looking at alternative locations to open a new, revived Nueva Onda.
In the meantime, let us know if you have any suggestions for places to show movies. Here’s a rough idea of what we’re seeking:
- indoors
- sustainable (free, or cheap to rent)
- central
- already has a projector and screen
- can seat 20-100 people
